Laydown and Storage
Our privately owned laydown yard at New Bedford Foss Marine Terminal offers 24 acres of industrial-grade space designed to support a wide range of operations — from bulk and break-bulk, project cargo to offshore wind components and construction materials staging — we've got the space and the capability to get it done.
The yard handles up to 3,500 psf, is fully secured with 24/7 access, and sits within easy reach of Routes 95, 195, and 495, and direct access to water and rail. Whether you need short-term staging or a long-term home base, we're happy to work out an agreement that fits your needs.
Berthing & Vessel Support Services
We offer access to two berths, including a deepwater berth, capable of accommodating the full range of commercial vessel operations. Our deep-water berth handles vessels up to 500 ft. LOA, while our second berth covers vessels up to 200 ft. LOA.
We also provide the full range of support services that keep vessels running smoothly — marine fuel, garbage and hazardous waste disposal, oily water and sewer pumpout, line handling, and more. Whatever it takes to get you in, sorted, and back underway.
Office Space & Warehousing
Whether you need a temporary foothold or a long-term setup, we can make it work. We have office trailers on-site today, with the ability to build out permanent, custom space as your needs evolve. Our 5,000 sq ft of warehouse space is available now, with options for temporary use or permanent build-to-suit configurations.
Bulk , Break-Bulk & Project Cargo Operations
We provide end-to-end solutions for a wide range of bulk and break-bulk cargo operations. On site we have a 100-ton all-terrain crane and crane pad and mat that are ready to go, with access to larger crane options and additional cargo equipment when the job calls for it.
Offshore Wind Construction Support and O&M
From initial construction through long-term operations and maintenance, we're set up to support the full lifecycle of offshore wind projects. Our terminal is MARSEC-capable and ready to support SOV, PSV, and CTV berthing alongside maintenance campaign staging, operations center needs, and equipment spares storage.
